5. Natural Jade and Handcrafted Products

Natural jade is inherently unique.

Product photographs represent the general appearance of our products but cannot guarantee identical color, translucency, texture, pattern, or natural characteristics between individual pieces unless the listing expressly states that the photographed piece is the exact piece being purchased.

6. Custom Orders

Custom, personalized, engraved, modified, and made-to-order products may be subject to additional terms, production times, and return restrictions disclosed before purchase.

Once production of a customized item has begun, cancellation or modification may not be possible.

7. Shipping
