At Verse7 Studio, each piece is created and selected with care. Because natural jade is unique, variations in color, translucency, texture, grain, and carving are part of the character of each piece.

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review the following return and refund terms before placing your order.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept eligible return requests made within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• unworn and unused;
• in the same condition in which it was received;
• returned with its original packaging, accessories, certificates, and included materials; and
• free from damage, alteration, or signs of wear.

Proof of purchase may be required.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@verse7studio.com and include your order number and reason for return.

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide the return address and return instructions.

Please do not send merchandise back before receiving return authorization from Verse7 Studio. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For returns resulting from a change of mind, preference, sizing concern, or another reason not caused by an error by Verse7 Studio, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Verse7 Studio cannot guarantee receipt of returned merchandise that is lost in transit.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the item ordered, please contact support@verse7studio.com as soon as possible and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

If we confirm that the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, Verse7 Studio will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, return, or refund, at no additional return-shipping cost to the customer.

Natural Jade Variations

Natural jade is not a uniform manufactured material. Differences in color, translucency, grain, texture, inclusions, and other naturally occurring characteristics may exist between pieces.

Hand-carved pieces may also contain subtle variations in shape and carving details.

These natural and handcrafted variations are part of the individuality of each piece and are not considered defects.

Product photographs are intended to represent the product as accurately as reasonably possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and screen settings.

Custom and Personalized Items

Custom-made, personalized, engraved, modified, or specially commissioned products are generally not eligible for return or exchange once production has begun, except where the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

Any applicable custom-order terms will be disclosed before purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will inspect the item and notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days after the refund is issued for your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider to process and post the refund. Processing times are controlled by the payment provider and may vary.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error by Verse7 Studio or the merchandise arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

Because natural jade pieces are unique, we cannot guarantee that an identical replacement will be available.

If you would like to request an exchange, please contact support@verse7studio.com before returning your item. We will confirm available options.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at support@verse7studio.com as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests before an order enters processing, production, or shipment. Once an order has been processed, customized, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
